Sage College of Albany was founded in 1949 and is a coed, multidisciplinary four-year college. The school was built in what was once the Albany Home for Children, and local rumors claim that during construction shallow graves were discovered. Students say the campus is haunted by orphans who died in a basement fire.

Awesome college but so spooky. I heard the same disembodied moan coming from the lounge on several occasions. Saw a dark figure standing outside the lounge while working on homework which caused me to scream, but there was no one when I looked up. Also saw someone sitting in the outdoor dining area in the quad at around 12am only for it to disappear when I looked again, TWICE.
