A witness reported a chilling experience on East Lake Road which took place in late autumn. He reports seeing two women—one young, one older—walking along the road in 18th-century clothing and stopping to try to help them. As he approached the pair, however, he noticed that his car’s headlights shined right through their bodies. Terrified, he stepped on the gas and sped away as fast he could!
