Cunard Hall was built in 1852 in the Italianate villa style to be a three story home for the Cunard family. In 1918 the building was taken over by Wagner College which today uses it as an Administration Building, housing the Registrar as well as other offices. In 1890 a man leapt to his death from a second story window; students say that they can still see his ghostly face peering out from the window.
