The Clinton Community Library in Rhinebeck was founded in 1965 within the Rhinebeck Town Hall and Justice Court complex. It is said to be haunted by several unidentified ghosts who can be heard walking, whispering, or climbing up the stairs. They have also been known to knock books off of the library shelves.
