Carney's Tavern - Real Haunted Place

  • 17 Main St.
  • Ballston Lake, NY
Carney's Tavern closed its doors in 2021 but the building it resided in is believed to be quite haunted. The location hosted guests for food and drinks since the 1840s and is located right next to the railroad tracks - bringing in visitors from New York City.

The haunting reports at this tavern include a ghost who likes to tap people on the shoulder when there is no one else around. The site is historic and has been around for a long time, so there could have been things that took place in the past that contribute to the hauntings today.
