Weekends in the Fall Long Acre Farms offer Barnbuster Admissions. The one price includes unlimited access to the Amazing Maize Maze, Back 40 Adventure, Animal Tracks Maze, Wagon Ride and Cow Train Ride.
Amazing Maize Maze:
Amazing Maize Maze opened in 1998 and was New York State’s first corn maze and it is one of the longest running mazes in the world. The maze opens every summer for 1 weekend in late August for a sneak preview and then every weekend starting right after Labor Day through the end of October. This maze is one of the more challenging ones with the average completion time of 90 minutes. Guests challenge the maze in small groups with the goal to collect pieces of the puzzle map in order to figure their way out.
Animal Tracks Maze:
Opened in 2013 the Animal Track Maze is designed for smaller children that want to experience the fun of getting a little lost in the corn field but are not up for the long journey of the larger maze. The goal of this maze is for the children to look for animal tracks, use a crayon to get rubbings of the tracks they leave to discover who stole the Farmer’s Pie. They are animal detectives for the journey! This maze is included in your Barnbuster admission.
Back 40 Adventure:
This admission area has over 10 activities for groups of all ages. From the Jumping Pillow to the Spider Web to the Tire Mountain and more you can stay busy for hours.
Wagon Ride and Cow Train Ride:
On the weekends in the Fall you can also take a wagon ride or a cowtrain ride
Corn Cannon:
Try your luck – hit the target and win a pumpkin!
Gemstone Panning:
There is a running sluice on the farm where guests of all ages can pan for gems and fossils. There are 3 size bags to purchases and all of the goodies that you find you get to keep. This is a fun activity for all ages.
